How do I use it?

Pick your language and the other person's language at the top. Tap a microphone and speak, or type in the text box and press send. Sabir shows the translation and reads it aloud. When the other person replies in their language, tap their microphone and it translates back to you.

Why does it need the microphone and speech permission?

To hear what you say and turn it into text so it can be translated. You can grant or revoke these anytime in iOS Settings. Camera permission is only used if you choose camera features.

Does it work offline?

Live translation needs an internet connection. Speech recognition for many languages runs on your device, but translation and some voices are online.

Subscriptions, free trial, and cancelling

• Sabir offers a 3-day free trial, then a weekly or yearly plan.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sabir.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

A translation looks wrong

Automatic translation is not perfect, especially for less common languages. Try rephrasing, or speak in shorter sentences. Tell us the phrase and we will look into it.
